Saint George Restaurant

Exceeding the expectations of visitors from large cities traveling through for tours of the Grand Circle, the Painted Pony’s goal is to make its patrons feel they have stepped out of Saint George and stepped into a world-class restaurant. The restaurant offers fresh, imaginatively prepared food, a knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff, as well as an inviting ambience that features southwestern décor, tasteful art, fresh flowers and soft lighting. The Painted Pony’s menu includes items that will appeal to practically everyone, including seafood, steaks, salads, sandwiches and even vegetarian selections. The restaurant also has an extensive wine list.

One of Saint George’s most unique restaurants, the Painted Pony prides itself on excellent customer service. Spending a lot of time and effort training its staff to make every customer feel special, the restaurant’s philosophy is that the more its staff can make each customer feel important, the better each customer will feel about the restaurant. When Saint George area residents come to the Painted Pony, they know the restaurant’s staff will treat them like VIPs.

The Painted Pony is a great place to eat anytime, but it is also a perfect location for small group events such as business luncheons and wedding dinners. The restaurant’s garden room can accommodate groups of up to 24 people for such occasions. Intermittently, the restaurant serves as a venue for Saint George area musical artists during its live jazz nights. Every New Year’s Day and Valentine’s Day, the restaurant serves special selections not included on its regular menu. Caviar, quail eggs, and morel mushrooms are examples of some of the delicacies that have appeared on these “tasting menus.”
