The Painted Pony restaurant features one-of-a-kind menu items found nowhere else in southern Utah. Its delectable appetizers include pan seared crab cakes, coconut shrimp, phyllo baked brie, and Sicilian style calamari. Some of its signature entrees include bacon wrapped duck, butternut squash ravioli, wild salmon rolls and sesame-crusted, line-caught escolar, flown in from the Pacific Northwest.
